You can easily make these changes using the Merchant Menu Editor (MME) tool via the GrabMerchant app or portal. Let’s walk you through the process!

Logo (1:1 ratio)

To update your store's list and hero photo, follow the steps below using the GrabMerchant App!\n
  1. From the bottom of the Merchant App page, go to 'More' and select 'View and edit store profile'.
  2. Read and scroll through the guidelines and proceed to click 'Got it'.
  3. Choose the desired photo, and you're done! The photo has been submitted for review.

Below are the standard photo guidelines for Logo, List, Homepage, Banner, or Menu/Catalogue item.\n

Product images should feature with the entire product.

Presentation of the food and drinks must be appetizing, neat, clean, and with a pleasing background\"6.png\"
Avoid close up, too many dishes, messy backgrounds, the appearance of body parts, dark, collage photos, and blurred shots.

Words, label, logo, graphic, must not take up more than 25% of the entire photo.

Before uploading your file:

\n

Ensure the photo size for logo, list and item photos are in square mode 1:1 aspect ratio with a pixel resolution of 500×500 - 700x700 and a size range of 100kb - 200kb. (Learn how to resize your photos here).

Banner photos are to be in a 9:5 aspect ratio with a pixel resolution of 900x500 or the equivalent, and a size range of 120kb-200kb.

The photos must be in JPEG or PNG format and named as per the named as per the menu items.

Alternatively, you may also upload all photos in Google drive. Share with us the link after setting the sharing setting to 'Public'. ( Learn how to create a Google drive folder)

If you require further clarification, you may also reach out to us by submitting a request below! Please allow us 2-3 working days before the changes are reflected live in the Grab app. All photo update requests are subjected to Grab's internal review and approval.
