Our Merchant Menu Editor (MME) self-serve tool has various functions available today on GrabMerchant app or portal that allows you to update your menu yourself. With just a few clicks, you can easily make necessary changes to your menu!

We would like to empower you to manage your own menu, as this self-serve approach will give you greater flexibility and customization options for your menu and store labels. The self-serve tools available today give you more control over your store, such as making price adjustments, photo updates, editing item availability, dietary preferences, and store labels.

Duplicate menu to multiple outlets\n

Menu duplication is the process of copying the source menu (original menu) of a store to other destination stores.

Important:\n

Once completed, this process cannot be undone. The destination stores will have an identical menu to the source store, which includes the list of items, photos, descriptions, and more.

Follow these steps to submit a request:

  1. Update the source store's menu (the original menu that will be copied to other stores) using the Merchant Menu Editor feature on the GrabMerchant app or portal.
  2. Complete the help centre form, including the reference menu and the list of outlets where the menu will be duplicated.

If you wish to duplicate your menu on your own, please indicate this in the 'leave us a note' field and we will review your eligibility for the Merchant Menu Editor Version 2 feature.

If you want to sell alcohol on Grab, upload your alcohol license certificate for us to review.

To ensure all content updates are vetted accurately, please allow us 2-3 working days before the changes are reflected in the Grab app. All menu update requests are subjected to Grab's internal review and approval.
