What are net sales, and how are they calculated?

\n\t

Your net sales refer to the completed transactions for your GrabFood, GrabMart, or GrabPay payments. Net sales are calculated\n\t\tdifferently depending on your business line:

\n\t\tGrabFood or GrabMart transaction\n\t\t

Net sales = Order value + Tax on Order Value + Restaurant Packaging Charge + Non-member Fee + Restaurant Service Charge\n\t\t\t+ Delivery Charge (Merchant Delivery) - [Discount (Merchant-Funded) + Delivery Fee Discount (Merchant-Funded) + Delivery\n\t\t\tCharge (Grab Online Store) + Delivery Charge (Merchant Delivery)]

Where to find your net sales

  1. Log in to your GrabMerchant Portal.

  2. Go to Finance > Transactions tab.

  3. Select your preferred store and date range.

  4. Navigate to the Summary section to view the net sales total, or click individual transactions to see\n\t\t\t\tthe calculation details.

📝Note: Another important number in your merchant report is your net total, also known as your earnings. This is calculated after subtracting commissions, fees, and adjustments from your net sales.
