Promotions help catch customers’ attention and encourage them to buy from your store by offering attractive deals. You can choose from various promotion types and target different customers to turn views into orders.

How to create a promotion

  1. On your GrabMerchant app home screen, tap the Marketing tile.
  2. Under the Create tab, select your objective.
  3. Choose the type of promotion you want to run.

Types of promotions

Here are the available promotion types and how to set them up:

Whole Order Discount\n

Offer a discount when a customer’s order reaches a minimum value.

\n

Example: “Get 10% off on orders above ₱1,000!”

Steps:

  1. Tap Whole Order Discount.
  2. Select Percentage or Fixed Amount Discount.
  3. Enter the discount value, maximum discount amount, and minimum order value, then tap Next.
  4. Set the promotion duration and conditions, then tap Review promotion.
  5. Tap Create Promotion to finalise.
Delivery Fee Discount

Reduce the delivery fee for orders that meet a minimum value.

Example: “Get ₱50 off for a minimum order of ₱500!”

  1. Tap Delivery Fee Discount.
  2. Set the maximum delivery fee discount and minimum order value, then tap Next.
  3. Set the promotion duration and conditions, then tap Review promotion.
  4. Tap Create Promotion to finalise.
Item Discount

Offer discounts on specific items.

Example: “Get 15% off on organic strawberries!”

  2. Select the item, set the discount value, and tap Next.
  3. Set the promotion duration and conditions, then tap Review promotion.
  4. Tap Create Promotion to finalise.

Offer free items with a minimum order.

Example: “Get a free apple for a ₱500 minimum order!”

Bundle Offers

Encourage customers to buy more items by bundling them together.
