Managing your GrabFood menu is simple and flexible. You can create, edit, delete, and rearrange items and categories using the GrabMerchant app or GrabMerchant Portal. For bulk updates, the Bulk Update feature is available exclusively on the portal.

Create an item\n

Using the GrabMerchant app:

  1. Tap Menu on the homepage.
  2. Tap Add an Item and fill in the details (e.g., name, price, photos).
  3. Tap Review Item, confirm details, and tap Create Item.
\n

Using the GrabMerchant Portal:

  1. Click Menu > Add new > Item.
  2. Fill in the item details and click Save Changes.

Edit an item\n

Using the GrabMerchant app:

  1. Tap Menu on the homepage.
  2. Select the item, tap Edit, make changes, and tap Continue.
  3. Tap Review Item and confirm changes.

  1. Go to Menu Overview, select the item, and edit details.
  2. Click Save Changes.
