Option 1: In-person Support

If you’re a merchant in Metro Manila, you may visit the Grab Merchant Center for in-person assistance and faster onboarding, provided you have the required documents (listed below). You can schedule an appointment through this link. Walk-ins are accepted, but those with confirmed appointments will be prioritized.
