  How do I switch between store views?\n

Switching between individual stores and an overview of all locations is simple:

1. Log in to the GrabMerchant app

2. Tap the toggle at the top of your dashboard

3. Select All stores for a business-wide view or Single store to focus on one outlet

Assign roles and permissions in three steps:

1. Go to Menu > Manage Employees

2. Tap Add employee or select an existing team member

3. Choose their role (Owner, Manager, Cashier) and select which stores they can access

How do I create ads for multiple stores?\n

Run cross-store campaigns in minutes:

1. Open the Marketing tab

\n

2. Pick your campaign type and select participating stores

\n

3. Set your budget (costs are deducted from the store where orders are placed)

Why don’t I see the \"All stores\" option?\n

Update your GrabMerchant app to the latest version. Only Owners and Managers with full permissions can access this feature.

Why are some stores missing?\n

You might be on the wrong owner account, your access doesn’t include that store, or the store is inactive or not verified. Check you’re using the correct owner account, ask the owner to grant access, complete any store verification, and update the GrabMerchant App.

Why is my store count inaccurate?\n

The count only includes GrabFood and GrabMart stores. GrabPay-only outlets aren’t shown here.
