AdjustmentAny adjustment made to your existing transactions or charges from your non-sales activities.
AmountRefers to the amount of your non-order transactions for GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabKitchen, GrabFinance, and other Grab services.
Amount OwedRefers to an amount that is payable to Grab. This amount is deducted from your scheduled transfers. Know more about the amount owed in the article What is balance.

BalanceYour internal accounts payable that holds your money until it’s transferred to your bank account.
Bank Statement CodeUnique identifier of your store cashouts.
Booking IDRefers to the unique ID of the Grab driver’s delivery job.
Business LineUsed to tag each transaction to a specific business line of Grab (e.g., GrabPay, GrabFood) in the Merchant Settlement Report for reconciliation.

Cancellation byThe party who cancelled the order.
CategoryCategory of transaction type (e.g., Payment, Adjustment, Advertisement, Refund).
ChannelThe channel by which the GrabPay transaction was made (e.g., Static QR, Integrated API).
Channel CommissionCommission charged by Grab (inclusive of tax) for orders made via app, website, or online shop.
Created OnTimestamp of when a transaction was created (not yet fulfilled).

Date Completed / CancelledThe exact date and time that a transaction was fulfilled, completed or cancelled.
Delivery Fee DiscountDelivery fee-related discounts and promotions funded by the merchant.

Grab FeeCommission charged by Grab for running GrabPay offers.
