Option groups let your customers customise their orders, such as choosing ice levels, sugar levels, or drink sizes. You can create and manage these option groups using the GrabMerchant app or portal. Here’s how:

Create option groups

Using templates (GrabMerchant app only)\n
  1. On the GrabMerchant app homepage, go to Menu > Option Groups > Add option group.
  2. Select a template (e.g., size, spiciness level, toppings) that fits your customisation needs.
  3. Fill in the details, such as the name, pricing, and customer selection criteria, then tap Create Option Group.
  4. Link the option group to menu items and tap Done.

Using the GrabMerchant app\n
  1. On the app homepage, tap Menu > Option Groups > Create Option Group.
  2. Input the option group name and add options with their respective prices.
  3. Reorder options by dragging the three lines icon and set whether selection is required.
  4. Tap Review Option Group, then Create Option Group to confirm.

  2. Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete.
