Here’s how you can edit or remove your responses.</p>\n<p><strong>Editing a reply:</strong></p>\n<p>You can update your reply to a review within 72 hours of its initial submission. Follow these steps:</p>\n<ol><li>Go to your <b>Ratings and reviews</b> page and select the reply you want to edit.</li><li>Click <b>Edit Reply</b> from the drop-down menu.</li><li>Make changes to your reply in the text box. Ensure your response complies with <a href=\"https://www.grab.com/th/en/terms-policies/ugc-terms-reviews/\" target=\"_self\">Grab's review guidelines</a>.</li><li>Tap <b>Done</b> to save your updated reply.</li></ol>\n<p><i><b>Note:</b> The reply feature is currently available for delivery reviews only. We’re working to expand this feature to Dine Out reviews in the future.</i></p>\n<p><strong>Removing a reply:</strong></p>\n<p>If you need to delete your response to a review, please complete the form below.
