Managing your menu has never been easier! With the Availability schedule feature on the GrabMerchant app or Merchant Portal, you can set specific selling dates and time slots for your menus. This helps you optimise inventory and ensure your customers see the right menus at the right time.

To create a new availability schedule\n
  1. On the Menu page, use the Availability schedule filter to find menus served in different timings.\n

  2. To create a new availability schedule, tap on Create new schedule. You can schedule multiple time slots and even a specific time period for your menu.

  3. Upon creation, the new schedule will be available for selection in your list of availability schedules.

To edit or delete an availability schedule

To edit an availability schedule,

  1. On the Menu page, tap on Availability schedule and edit your schedule by tapping on the edit pencil icon. \n

  2. Make your edits and tap on Save. The updated changes will be applied to all associated items under this availability schedule.

To delete an availability schedule,

  1. On the Menu page, tap on Availability schedule and select the schedule you wish to delete by tapping on the edit pencil icon. \n

  2. Tap on Delete to delete the availability schedule.

To edit the availability schedule for a category or item

To edit a category,

  1. On the Menu or Catalogue page, tap on Edit Category for the category you wish to edit.\n

  2. Under Availability Schedule, select your new timing for the category and tap on Save Changes.

To edit an item,

  1. On the Menu page, tap on Item Details for the item you wish to edit.\n

  2. Under Availability Schedule, select your new selling time for the item and tap on Review Item.

To assign an availability schedule to multiple categories or items
  1. On the Menu page, go to the icon on the top right corner and tap on Select multiple. Select the categories or items you wish to apply changes to.

  2. Choose your schedule in the list under Select availability schedule and tap on Confirm.
