When creating or managing your menu, you have the option to provide translated content for your menu items. This ensures that users can enjoy your offerings in their preferred language.

📝 Note: Only GrabFood merchants can manually add translated content to their menu items.

If you’re unable to manually provide translations, don't worry! Based on the user’s settings, Grab can automatically translate your menu items using artificial intelligence, reflecting the user's preferred language on the Grab app.

How does translation work for users?

\n

If a user has set a preferred language and enabled auto-translation in their profile setting, a floating widget will appear at the bottom left of their GrabFood or GrabMart page. Users only have to tap this widget once per session to enjoy a fully translated experience.
