How can I check the \"Cost per Order\" and \"Daily Budget\" set by the store? Sometimes, you may misunderstand the advertising charges, such as exceeding the daily budget or wanting to know the set cost per order. You can check these details yourself by following the steps below:

1. Go to homepage, tap \"Marketing\" icon.
2. Select \"Management\" option.
3. Choose the advertisement you want to review. Typically, it will be listed under \"Ongoing Campaigns\" or \"Active Campaigns\"

How will I be charged for advertising?Grab only charges for completed orders. The maximum advertising cost per order will never exceed the \"Max Cost per Order\" price you set.

Typically, the actual charge per order \"can be slightly less or equal\" to the \"Max Cost per Order\" price you set. This is because the actual cost per order is influenced by the bidding system.

Example: In the image, the store sets the Max Cost per Order at 32 THB per order. This means it is the maximum price the store is willing to pay per order. It is also the price the store is ready to use in a bidding competition with other stores.

Why am I charged more than the \"Daily Budget\" I set on some days? The \"Budget\" is the spending limit set by the store during the advertisement creation process. However, to maximise results especially on days when your store receives high user interest—the system may optimise the campaign’s spending efficiency. This could result in the actual daily cost being expanded by up to 30%. This approach ensures your store achieves the best outcomes, including optimal performance and results. 

Example: If the store sets a daily budget of 100 THB, you may be charged a maximum of 130 THB per day (100 + 30%). After adding VAT at 7% (approximately 9.1 THB), the total charge would be around 139.1 THB.
 
However, you will not be charged more than the total budget for the campaign period. For instance, if you set a daily budget of 100 THB for a 4 day campaign, the total campaign budget would be 400 THB. Even if you are charged more than 100 THB on some days, the total charge will not exceed 400 THB (excluding VAT 7%). The system will automatically stop the advertisement once the total budget of 400 THB is reached.

Why are orders marked as coming from ads and charged the following day, even though the ads have ended or been stopped? \n

Sometimes, you may notice that orders are marked as coming from ads, even though the ads have ended or been stopped, and there are no other active ad campaigns. On the following day, advertising charges are applied for those orders. This happens due to the following reasons:

1. Ad impressions: Users “view” the ad but do not place an order immediately. Instead, they place the order within 1 hour after seeing the ad. In this case, the order is still considered a result of the advertisement.

Example: An ad campaign named \"12 Feb_Manual Keywords\" ends or is paused by the store at 3:00 PM. However, a user saw the store's ad at 2:45 PM and placed an order later at 3:30 PM (within 1 hour after seeing the ad). Therefore, this order is still considered a result of the advertisement, and advertising charges will apply.

2. Ad clicks: Users “click” to view the store from the ad but do not place an order immediately. Instead, they place the order within 24 hours. In this case, the order is still considered a result of the advertisement.

Example: An ad campaign named \"12 Feb_Manual Keywords\" ends at the scheduled time or is paused by the store at 7:00 PM on March 17, 2025. However, a user clicked to view the store from the ad at 6:00 PM on March 17, 2025, and placed an order later at 5:25 PM on March 18, 2025 (within 24 hours after clicking to view the ad). Therefore, this order is still considered a result of the advertisement, and advertising charges will apply.
