Update your contact information\n

To keep your account secure, different roles have different permissions for making changes.

1. Updating the owner’s contact\n

Only those with the Owner role can update these details. Keep in mind that changing this for one store updates it for all stores linked to your account.

This number will be used for discussion on business related matters and how we can grow your business further.

\n
  1. Log in: Make sure you’re logged in with your Owner account.
  2. Pick a store: Tap any Store tile on your app homepage.
  3. Select details: Tap Owner’s contact.
  4. Edit: Enter your new email or phone number.
  5. Verify: Enter the OTP sent to your device and tap Submit.
  6. Sit tight: Your changes will be updated within 24 hours.

💡 Made a mistake? If you need to undo a change, you can revert it within 24 hours

  1. Go to Store > Owner’s contact.
  2. Tap Undo change, then tap Confirm Undo.

2. Updating the store manager’s contact\n

Both Owners and Store Managers can update this information.

This number will be used for receiving time-sensitive account updates, marketing opportunities, ops-related info and more.

  1. Tap the Store tile on your app homepage.
  2. Select Store Manager’s contact.
  3. Update the email or phone number and tap Submit.
\n
Update list/store image\n

You can change your store cover photo and profile photo by yourself via the Grab Merchant app as follows:

  1. Click on the 'Store' menu on the Grab Merchant app homepage.
  2. Tap on the 'Camera icon' on the top right corner.
  3. Select the 'Store cover photo' or 'Store profile photo' as you wish to edit.
  4. Then 'Upload your photo'.

    Once you upload the image, the system will review it within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive the result via the Grab Merchant app. If the image is not approved, you can check the reason for rejection in the message box.

Change store phone number\n

Both Owners and Store Managers can update this number. This is the public number customers see on your store page.

This number will be used for easy coordination of orders, reservations and more, directly with consumers and delivery-partners.

  1. Tap the Store tile on your app homepage.
  2. Select Store Phone number.
  3. Enter the new phone number and tap Submit.
\n

* Please log in with your 'Store Owner' or 'Store Manager' email address every time to verify your identity before editing or changing your phone number

Change the store address \n

You can now update your store location directly in the app, regardless of the distance from your current location.

1. Tap on the Store tile on your Merchant app homepage.
2. Select Address.

3. Enter the new address, and then move the pin to the exact location of your Store Entrance.

4. Schedule the change by selecting the date you want the new address to go live. A lead time of one to three days is required, depending on your country.

\n

5. Tap Submit

Changes take effect at 7:00 am on your scheduled date. Large distance moves may require manual approval from our team.

Remark: You can submit up to two successful store address updates per month. Further requests will be blocked until the following month.

Store information that you need to submit a change request via the form is as follows:

If you want to change your store name, please study the 'Store Naming Guidelines' in full and fill in the form below correctly.

The store name criteria are as follows:​

  1. The store name must always include the store area (store name - store area), such as 'Somchai Food to Order - Talad Si Mum Muang'.
  2. The store name cannot specify a phone number, email, full name, or any personal information.
  3. The store name cannot include any symbols or symbols in the store name (except for the - sign between the store name and the store area).
  4. The store name must be related to the sale. If you want to change your store name due to a change in product type, please apply for a GrabFood or GrabMart store via the website again.

To prevent brand impersonation, name changes require approval from Grab. These changes may take a few business days to process.

Change the store address\n

If you want to change the coordinates or store address within, please read the conditions carefully and fill in the form below completely as follows:

\n
  1. The new store address must always include the house number, alley/road (if any), along with the sub-district, district, province, and postal code. Or if it is a street food stall/Food Truck, the name of the place/building/building must be specified along with the sub-district, district, province, and postal code.
  2. The new store pin must specify the latitude and longitude with 4-6 decimals or more. You can search for the location on the MapByYou website by adjusting the pin to match the location of your store and selecting 'Copy Coordinate' to copy the longitude.
  3. When you change the address and the new store pin, please note that the store name must be changed to the new store area to always be related to the new address (old store name - new store area).
