If your restaurant is overwhelmed with orders, you can pause new orders for a specific duration: 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day. When this feature is activated, your restaurant will appear as “temporarily closed” on the app.

Here’s how you can pause new orders temporarily:

  1. Under Orders, tap on the Normal status button in the top right-hand corner

  2. Next, set your store status as Paused and specify the duration that you wish to put a pause on new orders.

  3. Tap on the Confirm button.

Once you’re done, you’ll see that your status button change from Normal to Paused.

Do note that when you’re in Paused mode, you can see the ending time in your store status.
