Your net earnings are transferred to the registered bank account within 24 hours.

You can easily check if your earnings have been transferred through the GrabMerchant Portal.

On the GrabMerchant Portal

  1. Log in to your GrabMerchant Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Finance section.
  3. To find your:
\n\n
  1. Go to the Transaction tab.
  2. In Summary section, locate the Net sales field. This shows Net Sales, after deducting merchant-funded discount.
  3. To see your net total for individual transactions, go to the Transactions tab. Select your preferred store and date range. The amount is reflected in the Net total column. Click on individual transactions to expand and view detailed calculations.

  1. Go to the Transfer tab.
  2. In Summary section, locate the Net sales field. This shows Net Sales, after deducting expenses such as marketing fees, commissions, campaign fees, advertising costs, etc.

Net Sales = Order Amount - Merchant-Funded Discount
Net Earnings = Net Sales - Commission Fees - Adjustments - Delivery Fee Discount (Merchant-Funded) - GrabFood / GrabMart Other Commission (due to Campaign Participation) - Marketing success fee (Flash Deals) - Advertisement - Loan - Insurance Deduction

2. Where can I find my net sales?\n

Net sales refer to completed GrabFood or GrabMart orders

In the GrabMerchant Financial Report:

  1. Navigate to the Summary tab.
  2. In the Overall Summary section, locate the Net sales field which shows your net sales amount.

On the GrabMerchant Portal:

  1. Log in to your GrabMerchant Portal.
  2. Click on the Finance > Transactions.
  3. Select preferred store and date range. 
  4. Navigate to the Summary section to see the sum of your net sales for selected store and date range or click on the individual transactions to expand the transaction details and view your Net sales calculation for the selected transaction.

3. How can I calculate my revenue?\n

Net Earning is total revenue and will be transferred to the registered bank account within 24 hours

Your miscellaneous fees are any commissions, fees, and charges.
