When a customer searches for an item or cuisine, this feature adds a short review snippet in the merchant information card of the search result. These snippets are displayed under the menu items in the customer app to boost user engagement and click-through rates. They also highlight the best aspects of your offerings related to the customer’s search term. While we have algorithms in place to ensure only positive reviews are shown, there may be rare instances where a negative review slips through. If you see a negative review, <a href=\"4408080591001\">you can see the details on how to report an inappropriate review in this article.</a><br>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Who can see Review Snippets?</strong><br>Selected Grab users will see Review Snippets for certain merchants in the merchant information card when they search for cuisine or items on GrabFood.<br>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Which merchants will have Review Snippets?</strong><br>Merchants with a high number of positive reviews may have Review Snippets featured under their name in the search results. These snippets are related to the customer's search term.
